'LIST30' is an ultra-fine line micro surface scratch inspection device that irradiates laser light onto the surface of the material being inspected and determines pass or fail based on changes in the amount of reflected light received. Red laser light is irradiated at an angle, and the reflected light is processed through receiving and filtering to make a judgment. The red laser is arranged on all four sides of the cross-section, and the receiving side is similarly arranged. The received signal is filtered (B.P.F.), improving the signal-to-noise ratio (S/N). Inspection is possible for various products such as ultra-fine lines, pipes, catheter tubes, rubber, and optical fibers.
